Having been a fan of console based sports games for quite some time, I have been becoming more and more disturbed by the degrading quality of most games. It has seemed that with the increased ability of the consoles themselves, the creators of the games has decided that the games get changed so much that it basically pushes them well beyond the realm of fun and into the realm of a chore. A great example would be the Madden series. Over time, the game went from great to bleh but the latest release helped bring it back up a couple notches.

Been quite a while since I posted anything. I have been working on the CSSgaming site and playing a few too many games. Between all of the new game releases and the 360, I always forget to do much of anything site related unless I am working on the other clan site. But oh well, so is life.

After playing Madden 07 for a bit and not being too pleased, I switched over to NHL 2K7. That is a decent game when it is not freezing up. So, tired of that garbage I went shopping and found Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy. This is one of the best games I have played in a long time. I highly reccomend this to everyone who wants to just sit back and enjoy the game for what it is.... Fun.

When they first released, I had no real intention of buying one. Then Shad found out about the Elite version and said if he found one, I would get his old XBox at a good price. Well, he found his Elite. That means I am an official XBox 360 owner and will now have to start down that expensive road of game purchases. So far I have 2 but I am somewhat displeased with them. Not sure if it something with one being an early (somewhat) 360 game and the other just sucking balls, but I am displeased with them both. Maybe I will post some thoughts on those at a later time.
